The administrators who own the BL Services brand are registered with ACAI (Italian Association of Condominium Administrators), and carry out their activities with regular insurance coverage for civil liability deriving from acts carried out in the exercise of the activity of administrator;

The owners have the main objective of guaranteeing a complete service in full compliance with the needs of their customers, all always with extreme professionalism, courtesy and reliability from an operational and financial point of view, in maximum compliance with current regulations.

The training course of the Administrators is based on constant updating and in-depth analysis of the condominium regulations; among the various activities, in fact, they deal with the professional training course enabling the practice of the profession of condominium administrator in compliance with the Ministerial Decree. n.140 of 13 August 2014, by and on behalf of A.C.A.I., as regards the territory of Milan and its province.
